Refund policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Tags and original packaging are intact
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that cannot be returned:
• Used or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Clearance / sale items (if marked non-returnable)

Exchange Policy (Size Change)
Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
• Customers may need to cover delivery charges for size exchanges

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive:
• A damaged product
• The wrong item
• A defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Our team will resolve it on priority — either replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
• Refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
• Bachcha Club will cover shipping costs only in case of our error.
